摘要
建立了HPLC法测定瓜氨酸固定化细胞转化液中底物、产物及杂质的浓度变化。采用ZorbaxSB-Aq反相色谱柱,以6mmol/L硫酸为流动相,检测波长为210nm。瓜氨酸和精氨酸均在20～1000μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of citrulline in transformation solution with immobilized cell. A Zorbax SB-Aq alkyl reversed-phase column was used with the mobile phase of 6mmol/L sulfuric acid at the detection wavelenth of 210nm. The calibration curves of arginine and citrulline were linear in the range of 20-1000μg/ml.
