介绍了青岛凤凰印染有限公司实施蜡染节能减排、清洁生产项目的背景和立项情况。从污染综合治理、提高资源合理利用水平及应用高新技术三方面阐述了该项目的实施方案,并分析了该项目的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。
Background and project establishment situation of the energy-saving-emission-reduction and cleaning-production program of Qingdao Phoenix Dyeing ＆ Printing Co. Ltd. was analyzed. Implementation plan of the program was expounded from the perspective of pollution comprehensive treatment, resource utilization level enhancement and high-tech utilization. Social benefits, economic benefits and environment benefits of the program were also analyzed.
