特发性左室室速的射频消融治疗

摘要 目的评价射频消融治疗特发性左室室性心动过速(室速)的有效性和安全性。方法对2001年1月 ̄2007年5月诊断为特发性左室室速的26例患者进行射频消融治疗,观察手术成功率和并发症情况,进行随访观察复发情况。结果26例特发性左室室速经射频消融治疗成功24例,成功率为92.31%,复发1例,复发率4.17%,无严重的并发症。结论射频消融治疗特发性左室室速是一种安全有效的治疗手段。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation for idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia. Methods Twenty-six cases with idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia in Jan 2001- May 2007 were ablated.The efficacy and safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation was evaluated.The follow-up were processed.Results Twenty-four of all twenty-six cases were ablated successfully.The successful rate of ablation was 92.31%.Recurrence occurred in one cases.No serious complication occurred.Conclusion Catheter ablation for idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia is effective and safe.
