摘要 目的探讨初中生时间管理倾向与焦虑的关系。方法采用青少年时间管理倾向量表和焦虑自评量表,对276名初中生进行集体测试。结果①初中生时间管理倾向与焦虑存在显著负相关,其中时间效能感对焦虑有显著的预测作用(P<0.01)。②高低时间管理者在焦虑水平上存在显著的差异(t=5.844,P<0.01)。结论时间管理倾向是影响初中生焦虑的一个重要因素。 Objective To identify the relationship between time management disposition (TMD) and anxiety among junior school students. Methods A total of 276 junior school students from three junior schools in Hefei, Tongling and Wuhu were investigated with the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale and the Anxiety Scale. Results (1) There was a significant negative correlation between TMD and anxiety. TMD was an important factor that affected anxiety. (2) The junior school students who scored higher in TMD had less anxiety than those who scored lower in TMD. Conclusions TMD is an important influencing factor of anxiety among junior school students.
