摘要 针对汽车减振器特性的研究,提出了一种新的研究手段,利用ADAMS和EASY5软件分别建立了汽车减振器的虚拟样机模型和液压模型,并在此基础上进行了联合仿真,把仿真结果与试验结果数据进行了对比。经过验证证明,联合仿真结果与台架试验结果具有良好的一致性,通过仿真可以有效地预测减振器的性能,并达到了缩短减振器研制周期和降低研制成本的目的。 A new method was proposed in the study of vehicle shock absorbers using ADAMS and EASY5. The virtual prototype model and the hydraulic model was established respectively, and the co-simulation was conducted on the basis of the two models. Results of the co-simulation and the experiment were compared to validate its co-inherence. The performance of the damper can be predicted effectively and would shorten the period of research and development as well as lower its cost.
