摘要
阐述了确定合理凹版热风干燥参数的重要性。在气相色谱法检测溶剂残留的基础上,分析热风速度、热风温度以及溶剂初含量对溶剂残留的影响。依据多项式回归分析,进行曲线拟合,建立各参数与平均干燥速度、单位能耗的数学模型,用于优化印刷干燥装置和指导实际生产。
The importance of determining reasonable hot-air drying parameters for gravure was expounded. The influence of hot-air velocity, hot-air temperature, and original solvent content on solvent residual was analyzed through gas chromatography test. Mathematical models were established through multinomial regression analysis. The purpose was to .provide guidance for optimization of the drying device and practical production.
