摘要
以苎麻(Boehmeria nivea(L.)Gaud)雄性不育材料和正常可育材料功能叶为试验材料,对POD、SOD两种同工酶做了初步分析。结果表明,同正常可育材料比较,雄性不育材料的两种同工酶电泳结果均没有表现出特征谱带,二者的差别主要体现在带的强弱上;活性测定结果表明,正常可育材料功能叶中两种同工酶的活性均强于不育材料。这种活性的差异可能导致植株代谢变化,引起雄性不育。
Two isoenzymes POD and SOD in functional leaves of ramie (Boehmeria, nivea(L,)Gaud) male sterile lines and the restoration lines were analyzed. The results showed that, compared with the restoration lines, there were no characteristic electrophoresis bands of POD and SOD in male sterile lines. The main difference of the two isoenzymes was in their activities: the activities of POD and SOD in restoration lines were stronger than male sterile lines. This difference may lead to metabolic changes in plant and cause male sterility in the end.
