摘要
目的:寻找超声循环提取黄芩中黄芩苷的最佳工艺条件,并用最优提取工艺与传统的醇提酸沉法比较。方法:用正交设计结合单因素分析方法考察超声循环提取黄芩苷的最佳提取条件,以紫外分光光度法测定黄芩苷含量。以黄芩苷的收率为考察指标。结果:各因素对黄芩苷收率的影响依次为:提取次数>超声功率>提取温度,其中提取次数为显著性影响因素(P<0.01),最佳提取工艺为:80目黄芩粉末,60%乙醇40℃超声循环提取3次,每次40min,超声功率为100w。超声循环法优于传统的醇提酸沉法。结论:超声循环提取法是一种高产率、低成本、操作简单、污染小的中药提取方法。
Objective : To optimize the extraction process of baicalin from Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi under the condition of ultrasonic and circulation. Compare the optimization and traditional extraction. Methods : The extraction process of baicalin from Scutellaria Baicalensis Geogi was optimized with the aid of mon- factor analysis and orthogonal experiments. Baicalin content of Scutellaria Baicalensis was determined in the ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Yield of Baicalin was the investigation index. Results : Effect on Baicalin yied: extraction frequency 〉 ultrasound power 〉 extraction temperature. Extraction frequency was the significant influencing factor( P 〈 0.01 ). The optimal parameters were obtained as follows:The extraction frequency was 3 ,each for 40min;the extraction temperature was 40℃ ;the ultrasoud power was 100w and the dissolvent was 60% alcohol. Conclusions. Ultrasonic and circulated extraction, which is plurinatality, low cost, simple operation and slight pollution, is an effective extraction process.
