摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合方法治疗乳腺增生症的疗效。方法:对230例乳腺增生中医属肝郁痰凝证者进行中西医结合治疗,中药以逍遥蒌贝散,西药配合甲睾酮、维生素B1、维生素B6片干预,进行临床观察,经统计学处理。结果:治疗后临床疗效评价愈显率79.57%,总有效率99.13%,中医证候疗效评价总有效率达98.70%,治疗前后乳房疼痛评分、乳房肿块评分、症状缓解时间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗乳腺增生症疗效显著。
Objective ： To investigate the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of breast hyperplasia.
