摘要
工会工作要适应新形势,就必须坚持与时俱进,从加强工会自身建设入手,以改革的精神全面落实社会主义市场经济条件下工会工作的各项任务。具体讲,工会组织应在加强领导班子自身建设;围绕企业经济建设这个中心,独立自主地开展工作;依法维护职工的合法权益,主动为职工排忧解难;说实话、动真情、办实事四个方面重实干。
In light of the new situation, trade union must develop with the times, fully fulfill the various tasks and further improve themselves. In a socialist market economy, trade union organizations should make efforts to strengthen the leading body, take economic development as the central task and work creatively, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Moreover, it is of vital importance to speak the truth and do solid work.
