摘要
职工心理和谐是劳动关系和谐的重要体现,也是和谐社会建设的重要组成部分。工会在依法维护职工合法权益时,应关注因各种社会问题引发的职工心理失衡,理顺他们的负面情绪,促进职工心理和谐。
Psychological harmony of workers and staff members is a very important reflection of the harmonious labor relations and establishment of harmonious society. Trade union organizations should be concerned about workers'psychological unbalance caused by various social problems, while safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff members.
