精浆弹性蛋白酶水平与精液生化参数相关性探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨男性不育患者精浆弹性蛋白酶(PMN-Elastase)水平及生化参数的关系,以了解生殖系感染程度、疗效观察及评判男性生育力。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测精浆PMN-Elastase,精浆果糖、中性α-葡糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶、精子顶体酶及锌的浓度采用生化方法检测。将PMN-Elastase检测结果分为正常组(未受感染)、隐性感染组、显性感染组。分析与之相应的精浆生化参数变化,进行对比分析。结果279例不育男性,生殖系感染患者97例(PMN-Elastase>200ng/ml)占34.77%。精浆PMN-Elastase水平随生殖系感染严重程度而升高,而果糖、中性α-葡糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶、锌的水平则随之降低,呈负相关。结论PMN-Elastase水平随生殖系感染严重程度而升高,精子生成的内环境受到影响,精浆生化参数发生改变,PMN-Elastase水平升高是反映生殖系感染的一项可靠指标。
