摘要
处理有液体潴留的心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)时,减轻超容量负荷是至关重要的,传统治疗方案是口服或者静脉应用利尿剂。随着新一代血液超滤仪的出现,血液超滤已经成为去除HF患者超容量负荷的一种可供选择的手段。本文就血液超滤技术在具有超容量负荷HF患者中的应用作一简要的综述。
Reducing volume overload is the key point for the treatment of heart failure with fluid retention. To arrive at this aim, diuretics by oral or intravenous were traditional ways. As a new-generation ultrafiltration device occurred, the excess fluid could be removed easily by ultrafiltration. Application of ultrafiltration in heart failure with volume overload was summarized briefly in this article.
