摘要
用中性乙醇从猪胰脏提取了胰岛素和较高活力的胰酶。并从胰岛素盐析母液中制取了抑肽酶。粗品胰岛素的收率为2176±521U／kg胰脏；胰酶收率为8．44％±1．72％；抑肽酶收率为127±15kU／kg胰脏。
Insulin and pancreatin was extracted with neutral alcohol from swine pancreas. After in-sulin was got, trypsin inhibitor was prepared from the mother liquid. The general yield of pancreatinwas 8. 44 96 ± 1. 72 %; crude insulin was 2176±521 U/kg pancreas, trypsin inhibitor was 127 ±15kU/kg pancreas.
