摘要
监狱建筑的设计不能忽略罪犯矫正活动及心理行为的需要,特别是针对其思想、感情和矫正活动的影响方式。监狱的建筑设计和环境建设与现代监狱行刑方式的变革一脉相承。由此可见,其建筑学的处理手法应蕴涵有利于罪犯再社会化的设计理念,因时而动,因治而谋,紧随时代和法治进步,加强个性研究,完善品质塑造,从建筑布局到结构形式,都应围绕罪犯的矫正工作进行。
The jail construction＇ s design cannot neglect the need of criminal＇ s rectify active and the psychological behavior , specially at its thought that sentimental and the correction activity, influence way. The jail architectural design, the environmental construction and the transformation of the modern jail execute way come down in one continuous line. Thus it can be seen, its architecture＇ s processing technique should contain the design idea which is advantageous to socialization of the criminals, which moves from time to time and which is governed due to seeks. It should also follow closely the time and the progress of government by law, strengthen the individuality research, perfect quality mold and revolve criminal＇s correction to carry on from the architectural composition to the structural style
