摘要
红旗渠是20世纪60年代林县人民修建的一个大型水利工程。它的修建成功,是多种社会因素综合作用的结果。这些因素主要有:恶劣的自然环境,长期的水利建设历史,农村产权制度的变革,广大人民群众的要求,林县各级党和政府的坚强领导,自力更生、艰苦奋斗和各方面的帮助与合作。
The Red Flag Canal was a huge irrigation project built by the Lixian people in the 1960s. A lot of reasons contributed to its success. For example, miserable natural environment,long- term irrgation experienes, the transforming of the rural property system, the demands of the people, the strong leadership, and all kinds of assistances from outside. With the Linxian people＇s hard work, the canal was built at last.
