摘要
考察了溶剂和钼钒磷季铵盐Q3+nPMo12-nVnO40中离子成分对苯乙烯催化氧化合成苯甲醛反应的影响。结果表明:在该反应中,冰乙酸是最佳溶剂;当钼钒磷季铵盐的反荷离子有效碳数为10.5,阴离子钒原子个数为6时,其催化氧化效果最好,苯乙烯转化率达到68.4%,苯甲醛选择性为98.0%。
The effects of solvent and ion components of Q3+n-PMo12-nVnO40 on catalytic oxidation of styrene to benzaldehyde catalyzed by quaternary ammonium molybdovanadophosphate were investigated.The results indicated that acetic acid was the best solvent in this reaction.A better catalytic performance of the catalyst was obtained when it possessed suitable ion components.The highest conversion of styrene reached up to 68.4% and the selectivity of benzaldehyde was 98.0% when the quaternary ammonium ions had 10.5 effective carbon atoms and the heteropolyanion had 6 vanadium atoms in the quaternary ammonium molybdovanadophosphates.
