萘乙酰基吡唑啉酮及其席夫碱的合成与表征 被引量:3

摘要 在非水溶剂中合成出一种未见报道的新型酰基吡唑啉酮试剂:1-苯基-3-甲基-4-萘乙酰基-吡唑啉酮-5(PMNAP)及其3种席夫碱化合物。通过元素分析、红外光谱、质谱和核磁共振氢谱对其进行了结构表征。表征结果显示:PMNAP以酮式结构存在,形成席夫碱后的3种化合物均以酮式和烯醇式两种结构并存。 In this paper,an unreported novel acylpyrazolone——1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-naphthoacetyl-pyrazolone-5(PMNAP) and its three Schiff bases were synthesized in a nonaqueous solvent.Their molecular structures were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,MS and ^1HNMR.The results of structural characterization showed that PMNAP mainly existed in the ketoform structure and other three compounds coexisted in both ketoform and enolform structures after forming the Schiff bases.
