施氮对苦豆子生物量及生物碱积累的影响 被引量:23

摘要 研究了不同氮肥水平对苦豆子生物性状、生物量积累、生物碱含量和积累的影响,旨在为人工栽培苦豆子和提高其生物碱产量提供理论依据。结果表明,施氮100和150 kg/hm2的处理对苦豆子主茎长度、单株茎数、根和茎干重的增加幅度显著高于其他处理;不同施氮量均有提高苦豆子叶、茎、根中苦参碱含量的效应,低施氮量(50kg/hm2)对叶中苦参碱含量提高最大,中等施氮量(150 kg/hm2)对根中苦参碱含量提高最大;不同施氮量均能提高苦豆子叶中氧化苦参碱含量,但对茎和根中氧化苦参碱含量均有降低效应;中等施氮量(100和150 kg/hm2)对提高叶和根中氧化苦参碱积累量和苦参碱积累量有显著效果。 To increase biomass and alkaloid production in the cultivation of Sophora alopecuroides, the effects of different levels of applied nitrogen on character, biomass and alkaloid accumulation were tested. Stem length, shoots, biomass of roots, shoots and leaves increased more with 100 or 150 kg/hm^2 N applied than with other levels (P≤0.05) 140 d after transplanting roots. The effects of applied N on biomass of shoots and leaves were greater than on roots. All levels of applied N increased the concentrations of oxmatrine, matrine, and total alkaloids in the roots, shoots, and leaves, with the biggest effects on leaves and the lowest on roots. The total alkaloid concentrations of leaves were highest with 50 kg/hm^2 N applied, an increase of 25.97% compared with the control. The matrine concentrations of leaves and shoots were highest with 50 kg/hm^2 N applied, an increase of 44.14% and 42.03% respectively compared with controls. The oxmatrine concentrations of leaves were highest with 100 and 150 kg/hm^2 N applied, increases of 13.61% and 14.97% compared with the control. However, the oxmatrine concentrations of the shoots and roots decreased with increasing amounts of applied N. At all levels of applied N, oxmatrin was the predominant alkaloid in roots, whereas matrine prevailed in leaves. Relative proportions (% of total) of oxmatrine fell with increasing amounts of applied N, whereas relative proportions ( % of total) of matrine rose. Accumulation of total alkaloids and individual alkaloids in roots, shoots and leaves were greatest with 100 and 150 kg/hm^2 applied N with the biggest effects on leaves and the smallest on roots.
