摘要 螺旋进气道特性(流量系数和无量纲涡流数)对柴油机性能有重要的影响。本文介绍了螺旋进气道的逆向设计方法,利用计算流体力学软件对进气流动进行了计算模拟,在稳流气道试验台上验证了计算结果的准确性,获得了流场压力、速度、湍动能等参数分布规律,为气道的设计与改进提供了理论依据。 The characteristic of helical inlet port including flow coefficient and swirl number has an important effect on the performance of diesel engine. This paper introduces the process of reverse design for helical inlet port and CFD simulation of inlet flow, the accuracy of computed result was verified by experiment which was carried on steady flow inlet port test bench. The simulated flow field parameters such as pressure, velocity, turbulence kinetic energy and so on are the base for inlet port design and improvement.
