摘要
知识创新源于知识冲突与整合,是组织内不同群体或个体之间的知识观念冲突、碰撞和整合的结果。构建以激励知识创新为目标的大学创新机制,不仅要优化大学研究队伍的学缘结构,构建激励大学创新的知识冲突机制,更要强化学校层面的科研资源有效整合,培育大学基层科研创新团队。
Knowledge innovation stems from knowledge conflict and integration. It is the result of knowledge or idea conflict, collision and the integration of different ideas of the groups and the individuals in an organization. Establishment of a knowledge-innovation-oriented mechanism requires the optimization of the learningstructure of the university research troop and the construction of a knowledge conflict mechanism for encouraging innovation in the university. And at the same time the research resources of the school should be effectively integrated and research innovation teams at the grassroots level gradually formed.
