摘要
采用限定日剂量 DDD(Defined Daily Dose)和药物利用指数DUI(Drug UtilizationIndex)分析皖南医学院弋矶山医院门诊1996年处方40000张,精神药物处方数占1.68%.精神药物处方出现频率三季度>一季度>四季度>二季度;女性>男性;青年组>中年组>老年组;在出现的14种药物中排在首位的为地西泮,最后一位的为麦普替林.除艾司唑仑DUI为1.05外,余均小于1.0.
By using DDD and DUI as indices, 40 000 prescriptions from outpatient department of our hospital were analyzed. The prescrrptions involving psychoactives accounted or 1.68% of the total prescription. As to frequency of psychoactives used in the prescriptions in 1996, the order was the third quarter>the first quarter>the fouth quarter>the second quarter in terms of time. The prescriptions for female patients were more than those for male patients. In terms of ages, the order was young persons>middle age persons >old persons. Among the 14 drugs, the drug on the top of the list was diazepam with the maprotiline at the bottom. Drugs utilization index was all lower than 1.0 except estazolam.
