摘要
以景谷县森林可持续发展为总目标,以森林资源可持续发展、森林生态效益持续发挥、林业经济效益不断提高、林区社会效益长期稳定为目标,讨论景谷县森林可持续经营问题.构建8个类目标43个项目指标层的景谷县森林可持续经营评价指标体系,确定各单项指标的标志值及各单项指标实现率;以各单项指标实现率为基础,经归一化处理得到类指标的实现率;经加权计算得到目标层得分.结果表明:景谷县生态环境可持续性综合指标值为0.681,社会可持续性综合指标值为0.621,二者处于弱可持续状态;森林资源可持续性综合指标值为0.495,经济可持续性综合指标值为0.540,处于弱不可持续状态;森林经营可持续性综合指标值为0.566,在总体上的可持续性处于弱不可持续状态.
The sustainable forest management of Jinggu County, Yunnan Province was discussed based on the general goal in Jinggu County for sustainable forest development, together with objectives of sustainable development of forest resources, continuous implementation of the forests＇ecological benefits, increasing economic benefit of forestry, and the long term stability of social benefits.. The appraisal index system of sustainable forest management in Jinggu County was constructed with 8 categories of targets and 43 indexes. Values of each single index were determined and its realization ratio was solved. The realization ratio of each category of indexes was calculated by normalizing process on the basis of the realization ratio of individual index. The value of the 43 indexes was calculated through adding weight value. The results showed that the comprehensive index value of ecological environment sustainability was 0. 681, that of sociological sustainability value was 0. 621, both of these two values were in weak sustainable status. The comprehensive index value of forest resource sustainability was 0. 496, whereas that of economic sustainability value was 0. 540, both of them were in weak non-sustainable status. The comprehensive index value of forest management was 0.566, and the overall status was weakly non-sustainable.
