摘要
介绍一种2-维力传感器的新结构和独特的贴片位置,分析了不同结构以及该结构关键尺寸的变化对传感器性能的影响。以获得贴片区域最大的应变量为目标,通过结构静力分析和模态分析对传感器的结构进行优化设计。传感器量程为±5N,分辨力达到2mN,实验表明该传感器具有很好的性能。
The new structure of a 2 dimensional force sensor and the special method of adhering strain gauges are introduced. With different structure and key size changed, the effect of the sensor performance was analyzed. In order to get the maximum strain, the structure was optimized by using the method of static analysis and model analysis. This sensor has high sensitivity (2 raN) in ±5 N full scale range. The experiment results revealed this sensor has high performance.
