摘要
分析了交通规划与管理项目管理的办公流程与事务特征,提出了基于Lotus Domino/Notes技术实现项目信息管理自动化的设想。重点以交通调查为实例,分析了采用LOTUS实现交通调查信息管理工作流的具体过程。利用工作流技术实现交通规划信息的自动化管理,极大地提高了信息管理工作的质量和工作效率。
In terms of the characteristic of the information management process of transportation planning and management project, this paper put forword a tentative idea about an office automation on the project information management. Taking transportation investigation as an example, the paper analyzed the the information management process of transportation investigation by Lotus Domino/ Notes concretely, which can improve the quality and efficiency of the daily information management.
