摘要
针对电子商务实践教学组织与管理中存在的问题,研究目标管理和过程控制管理相结合的OEC(Overall Every Control and Clear)管理法如何科学有效地应用于电子商务实践教学中,提出了一套在电子商务实习中实施OEC管理法的具体方案和措施。OEC管理法的应用是对经济管理类实践教学的有益探索,它对形成实习效果的要素即实习内容进行分解,对每个分项进行管理和控制,并将交互性、共享性、开放性、协作性和自主性的教育理念融入到学生知识学习的过程中,真正达到对学生实践应用与创新能力培养的目标。
Aiming at the questions in the organization and management of e-commerce practical teaching, this article researched how to apply the overall every control and clear （OEC） management method which combines aim management and process control to e-commerce practical teaching, put forward a serial of concrete schemes and measures to carry out OEC management method in e-commerce practical teaching. The application of OEC management method is a meaningful research in practical teaching of economics and management, which disassembles the effective factors of practical teaching, manages and controls every. factor, merges interactive, share, open, corporative, independent notion into students＇ learning process, achieves the goals of cultivating students＇ practical and innovation abilities indeed.
