摘要
土地征收是我国目前社会的焦点问题之一,土地征收制度的改革理所应当地成为理论界探讨的热点问题。本文试对土地征收的概念、土地征收与其相近概念的区别以及土地征收的法理基础做些探讨,以期对土地征收制度的改革提供理论依据。
The land levy is one of the social focal points in our country and the reform of the land levy system is certainly a hot topic. This article tries making a discussion on the concept of land levy as well as its legal foundation to provide the theoretic basis for land levy reform.
