摘要
编码器性能的好坏决定了数控机床的加工精度。本文通过与常规的旋转编码器比较,详细分析了应用广泛的FANUC编码器的原理和在数控机床参考点返回中的应用,并对采用FANUC系统的数控机床上与编码器相关的典型故障进行了分析。
Encoders play important role in CNC machines on which the machining accuracy depends. This article analyzes the operating principle of the widely used FANUC encoders by comparing with conventional encoders. How the encoders are used in CNC machine reference point approaching is discussed as well. And troubleshooting related to encoders is also involved.
