摘要
采用快速开关阀作为先导阀,以逻辑阀为主阀,组成回转头压力机的驱动系统,它具有结构简单、工作可靠、响应快、能耗低、价格低廉的优点。运用Matlab软件对该液压系统进行动态仿真与分析,研究其在空载及负载情况下的周期、频率、速度及压力等参数。仿真结果表明,当行程为6mm时,其步冲频率可达到300次/min以上,完全可以满足使用要求。
A new fluid power system for NC turret presses was proposed, which consists of on-off valves as pilots and logic valves as main valves. It has the advantages such as high precision, reliability, high efficiency and flexibility etc. This system was numerically simulated and analyzed by Matlab. The running cycles, frequencies, velocities and pressures were studied. The simulation results show that its working frequency could get more than 300 SPM, meeting the requirement of the presses.
