摘要
分析了极坐标式数控机床的特点,总结了适应极坐标数控机床的加工的两种加工代码的构成形式。在此基础之上,开发了凸轮磨床数控系统,实现了C轴和X轴的联动控制,验证了PC机与运动控制器相结合实现极坐标式数控机床的运动控制的方案。
Characters of CNC machine tools with polar coordinate system are analyzed and two constructions of NC code used in CNC machine tools with polar coordinate system are summarized. Based on above works, a cams grinding machine tool, in which the axis Cand axis Xare simultaneously controlled is developed, and control method of polar system machine tools using PC and motion controller is proved.
