摘要
利用LS-DYNA模拟软件显式-隐式连续求解功能,分别采用线性和弹塑性幂指数硬化模型对黄铜、铝和SPCC钢3种材料V型自由弯曲回弹进行了数值模拟,将模拟结果和实验结果对比,给出了回弹模拟精度较高的材料硬化模型。并在此基础上,对影响V型自由弯曲回弹的板料厚度、模具几何参数以及摩擦系数等因素进行了分析,得出了影响回弹的主要规律,为提高V型件自由弯曲成形精度提供了可靠的依据。
The springback of free V-bending process for materials such as Cu, Al, and SPCC steel was studied in this paper by applying the explicit-implicit solving function of LS-DYNA program. Liner-hardening and power-exponent hardening model of materials are adopted in the research. Compared with the experimental results, the hardening model which can guarantee the accuracy of simulation results is identified. Also the main factors which affect the springback including the thickness of blank, the geometric parameters of the die and friction coefficent are analyzed and the influence law of springback which provides the basis for the design of forming bending-die is obtained.
