摘要 在前人工作的基础上,采用一种更简省的方法分离培养支气管平滑肌细胞;并且利用显微镜观察和MTT的方法,研究了麻黄碱对支气管平滑肌细胞形态和增殖的影响。结果表明:麻黄碱对支气管平滑肌细胞的形态没有明显影响,但是对平滑肌细胞的增殖有一定的抑制作用,并进一步阐述了麻黄碱治疗哮喘等呼吸系统疾病的作用机理。 On the basis of research work previously, a more convenient and economical method was used to isolate the bronchial smooth muscle cells (BSMCs). By means of microscope observation and MTT methods, the effects of ephedrine on appearance and proliferation of BSMCs were studied. Results showed that ephedrine had no obvious influences on the morph of BSMCs, but ephedrine inhibited the proliferation of BSMCs. The further progress to elucidate the mechanism of ephedrine treated on asthma and other diseases of respiratory apparatus was made.
