摘要
本文对超声波方法和传统回流方法提取苦豆子中生物碱进行试验比较,同时对超声波影响苦豆子生物碱率的多个因素进行均匀实验分析。结果表明:超声提取总苦豆子生物碱效果较好;超声波法提取的最佳方法条件为:乙醇浓度65%,提取剂pH=0·5,超声提取频率28kHz,超声提取时间20min,生物碱的提取率为75·76%。
