摘要
筛选能产生碱性蛋白酶的微生物菌株以及对碱性蛋白酶的酶学性质进行研究,为碱性蛋白酶的广泛应用奠定了基础。本文就近年来国内外对微生物碱性蛋白酶产生菌的筛选和对碱性蛋白酶的酶学性质研究进展进行了综述。
Researches on screening alkaline protease - producing microbial strains and studying properties of these alkaline protease has laida groundwork for its extensive application in industries. This review mainly summarizes the recent studies on screening alkaline protease - producing microbial strains and studying their enzymatic characterization have been reported in the world.
