摘要
为了解淋球菌对壮观霉素的敏感性,我们对近8年来由10个城市性病门诊患者分离的1631株淋球菌进行了壮观霉素体外敏感性试验。以琼脂稀释法测定壮观霉素的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。壮观霉素MIC范围为2~>128mg/L。MIC50和MIC90分别为16mg/L和32mg/L。1631株淋球菌中有1622株(99.45%)对壮观霉素敏感,MIC达128mg/L的耐药菌株仅占0.55%。研究表明,壮观霉素作为治疗淋病的一线药物对我国目前流行的淋球菌分离株仍相当有效。
The aim of this study was to investigate in vitro antimicrobial susceptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to spectinomycin.1631 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolated from STD clinical attenders in ten cities over eight years were tested.The minimun inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of spectinomycin were determined by agar dilution method.MIC for spectinomycin ranged from 2mg/L to over 128mg/L.Among 1631 strains,1622 (99 45%)were sensitive to spectinomycin.Only 0.55% of the isolates were resistant,with MIC up to 128mg/L.The study showed that spectinomycin as first line therapy for gonorrhea was still active against contemporary gonococcal isolates in China.
