The thought on ＂No litigation＂ is an important aspect and feature of Chinese traditional legal thought, which is not aroused occasionally, and it has deep root in economy, politics, thought and society. The thought on ＂No litigation＂ has an aston-ishing agreement with the socialist harmonious society in value outlook, and it is significant for forming a socialist harmonious society as well.
