摘要
党的十七大对加强党的自身建设提出了根本要求,为在新的历史条件下开创高校党建工作新局面指明了方向。高等学校要贯彻落实十七大精神,根据高校党组织的根本任务和高等教育事业发展呈现的新特征,以改革创新精神推进高校党的建设,为高等教育事业的科学发展提供有力的政治保证和组织保证。
The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China sets forth the requirement of consolidating Party building itself and points the way for opening a new stage in the cause of building the Party in colleges and universities. Fulfilling the spirit of the 17th National congress of the CPC in colleges and universities, on the basis of the basic causes of the Party building and the new characteristics of education development in colleges and universities to improve the Party building by means of innovation spirit, provides strong political guarantee and organization guarantee for scientific education development.
