摘要
本文针对目前喀斯特研究较少的一个方面——细菌和真菌对喀斯特作用的影响进行了较系统的研究。文中首先从描述研究、机制阐释及研究方法三个方面对地表及土壤中细菌及真菌对侵蚀过程的影响进行了研究,对地表泉水、洞穴及土壤三个不同环境中细菌、真菌对CaCO3沉淀促进作用作了初步探讨和研究回顾,最后着重提出了这种研究在石刻保护中的实践意义。
A systematic approach was presented in this paper to a less studied karst fields, i.e., the bacterial and fungal effects on karst process. We discussed the descriptive research (micromorphological description and corrosive process description), mechanism interpretation and research methodolgy of bacterial and fungal effects on karst corrosion both on the surface of karst rock and in the soil covering karst region. Meanwhile, we also reviewed and discussed the bacterial and fungal effects on calcium carbonate precipitation in surface spring, cave and soil environment. Finally, applications of the related research on corrosive process on stone monument composed of karstic rock were elucidated too.*
