摘要
目的:研究不同海拔高度人群牙龈组织中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量。方法:采用化学发光免疫检测法测得检测值并进行统计学处理。结果:广州、西宁及结古三地区疾病组牙龈组织中碱性磷酸酶含量彼此之间均有显著性差别(P<0.01),上述三地对照组间无显著性差别,但广州地区略高于西宁和结古。结论:不同海拔地区因大气氧分压差别,使末梢血管痉挛,血循环差,从而对牙龈组织ALP的活性产生不同程度的影响。
Objective: To study the content of Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in Tibetan and Han nationality at different altitudes. Methods. Objects were selected from Jie Gu (3 800m altitudes), Xining city (2 260maltitudes) and GuangZhou (2m altitude) respectively and were divided into the Jiedu group, Xining group and Guangzhou group. Each group was designed to the disease subgroup and control subgroup too. Level of ALP in gingival tissue was measured by immunofluorescence. Results:There was a significant difference (P〈0. 01) of ALP among three groups but no difference among control subgroups (P〉0. 05). Conclusions: The results suggested that there was an effect of altitude on level of ALP in gingival tissue due to change of PO2 and blood circulation.
