摘要
介绍了基于视觉的PCB定位的基本原理,采用了一种PC+运动控制卡的定位控制方式,介绍了图像触发采集方式的原理,开发了一种新型的PCB定位控制装置,并以VC++为工具,开发了具有良好的稳定性和可扩展性的PCB定位控制软件。
A PCB positioning control principle based on machine vision is introduced. The control method of using PC and Motor control card is presented image The principle of image grabbing presented. The PCB positioning control platform is development. The software is developed by visual C＋＋. And the platform of software can strengthen the cleverness, remaking and expend use of model.
