摘要
大学生职业价值观是大学生价值观的一部分，是大学生对职业的基本价值取向的反映。综合国内的研究来看，国内研究者对大学生职业价值观的含义和结构尚未形成一致看法；当前大学生职业价值观的取向呈现出积极和消极两方面并存的现象；大学生因时代、学科、性别和地区的不同，在职业价值观的具体表现形式上存在一定的差异；在形成原因和培养策略上，更多地强调社会、学校和家庭等外部因素的影响，而对大学生自身的气质、兴趣、态度等微观角度关注较少。
Professional value view of undergraduates is a part of value view of undergraduates and the reflection of undergraduates＇ basic value tendency to vocation. Summarizing relative studies in China show that. researchers in China haven＇t form consistent view to the meaning and structure of professional value view of undergraduates; the tendency of professional value view of undergraduates manifest the phenomena of co existence of positivity and negativity; because of the differences of age, subjects, gender and district, there exist some differences in the material embodiment mode of undergraduates＇ professional value view; in the aspects of formation reasons and cultivation strategies, the attention is paid more to the influence of outside factors such as society, school and family and paid little to the microcosmic perspectives including students＇ temperament, interest and attitude.
