摘要
目的:观察汇集血小板的血小板数量、红细胞混入量、白细胞残留量、无菌试验等指标及临床输注效果,评价汇集血小板输注有效性。方法:应用白膜法制备浓缩血小板,通过无菌接驳将混合白膜和一延迟同型血浆混合在一起,进行白细胞过滤,并测定46例汇集血小板的几项特定指标;比较汇集血小板与机采血小板校正增加值(CCI)和出血时间(lvy法)。结果:89.1%(37/46)的汇集血小板的几项特定指标达到国家有关标准。汇集血小板与机采血小板CCI、出血时间差异无统计学意义。结论:汇集血小板应用于临床能达到较好的止血效果,并且能节约血源,满足临床用血需要。
Objective:To observe the platelet count, erythrocyte count, residual leukocyte count, sterility test and clinical application of single-delay-plasma assemble platelet in order to evaluate the availability for assemble platelet in clinic. Method:Concentrate platelet was prepared by albuginea method, then asepsis mixes and leukocyte filtration were carried on, several items of 46 samples of assemble platelet were measured; CCI and bleeding time of assemble platelet and apheresis platelet were compared. Result: Several special items of 89.1% assemble platelet accorded with the quantity request of single gather platelet. There were no statistical differences of CCI and bleeding time between assemble platelet and apheresis platelet. Conclusion: Assemble platelet can achieve a better hemostatic effect in clinic; it is fit for the need of saving blood resources and making up for the defect of single gather platelet.
