摘要
制备了新型稳定剂,比较了新型稳定剂对PVC试样的力学性能和热稳定性能的影响,与Ca/Zn体系和Pb/Ba体系稳定体系相比,新型稳定剂具有优异的热稳定性,对PVC的力学性能影响不大,能取代铅、镉、钡等金属盐类稳定剂,应用前景良好。
New type of PVC ( polyvinyl chloride) stabilizers were prepared. The mechanical properties and thermal stabilities of PVC with new stabilizers and Ca/Zn and Pb/Ba stabilizer were studied. The results show that the new type stabilizers are effectively applicable for thermal stabilities of PVC and the effect on the mechanical properties is minor. It's possible that they could substitute metal-salt stabilizers such as lead, Cadmium, barium and so on. Also they have a prospective application for PVC stabilizer.
