摘要
目的建立麸炒苍术中β-桉叶醇的含量测定方法并确定限量范围。方法气相色谱法,J&W Scientific ZB-5(30m×0.25mm)色谱柱,FID检测器;载气为氮气;流速:4ml/min;分流比:20:1。结果方法学考察结果良好,β-桉叶醇的平均回收率为99.81%,RSD为0.66%,限量范围为1.50‰~2.30‰。结论该方法简便易行,结果准确,重复性好,可作为麸炒苍术饮片的质量控制指标。
Aim To establish a method for determining and limiting the content ofβ -eudesmol in bran-processed Rhizoma Atractylodis. Methods Determined by GC, the column was J&W Scientific ZB-5 30m ×0.25mm;the detector was FID;the gas was nitrogen, the flow rate was 4ml/min, and the divergence ratio was 20: 1. Results The result of methodology was good. The average recovery and RSD andβ -eudesmol was 99.81% and 0.66% respectively. The limit ofβ -eudesmol was 1.50%e - 2.30%e. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and effective for quality control of bran-processed Rhizoma Atractylodis .
