用非电量法测试1Cr18Ni9Ti钢微屈服强度

摘要 测试1Cr18Ni9Ti合金钢高温时效处理状态下的微屈服强度,为工程实际提供力学参数。以非电量电测量法在试样表面粘贴电阻应变片,在电子万能试验机上对试样反复加——卸载,以电阻应变仪测出大于5×10-6微应变时所对应的载荷,并根据公式计算出每个试样的微屈服强度指标,其微屈服强度为1.692MPa。证实1Cr18Ni9Ti高温时效处理后具有较好的微屈服强度。 We research the micro-yield strength of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel under the high temperature aging treatment, provide mechanical parameters for mechanical engineering. We stick resistance strain gages to the surface of the samples by the measurement of electric power, plus and unloading repeatedly to the sample on the electronic universal testing machine. Test the load which more than 5 10^-6 Micro-strain is corresponding by the resistance strain gauge. We calculate the micro-yield strength indicators of each sample according to the formula, the micro-yield strength is 1. 692MPa. The 1Cr18Ni9Ti have betteryield strength after high-temperature aging treatment.
