摘要
制度是人为设计的一种社会行为规则。制度的基础源于人性的假设:无赖的假设、经济人的假设和有限理性人的假设。制度所具有的功能形成一种既定的力量,作用着人的和谐发展。和谐社会中的制度,应该是充满人性化的制度。
The system refers to a set of artificial rules of social behaviors. System is based on the assumptions of human nature, i.e. the assumption of rascal, the assumption of economic man, and the assumption of rational man. The functions of system become an established force and play an important role in human＇s harmonious development. The systems in a harmonious society should be humanistic.
