摘要
山西省万家寨引黄一期工程施工期长,环境管理经历了两种不同模式的管理体制,即:首末段控制模式和环境监理机制模式下的环境管理。通过对不同模式的管理体制环境管理工作实践的总结,摸索出一条符合我国国情的大型工程建设项目施工期环保工作和环境管理的模式。
Because of a long construction period, the environment management of the Phase Ⅰ of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project has experienced two different management modes, i. e. the control mode of both the beginning and ending of the project and the mode of environment supervision. Based on the summarization of the environment management under different modes concerned, an environment management mode for the environment protection during construction period of large construction project according with the actual conditions in China is put forward herein.
