摘要
对照观察两组带状疱疹患者分别口服１０００ｍｇ／ｄ、４０００ｍｇ／ｄ阿昔洛韦片剂的临床疗效。结果表明：口服４０００ｍｇ／ｄ阿昔洛韦组的疗效显著优于口服１０００ｍｇ／ｄ组（Ｐ＜０．０１），服药时间越早，疗效越高，并能显著降低带状疱疹后遗神经痛（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
The contrasting therapeutic effects between two groups of herpes zoster patients taking acyclovir 1000mg/day and 4000mg/day were observed respectively. The results showed that the therapeutic effects in group of patients with acyclovir 4000mg/d were much better than those in the group with 1000mg/d (P<0.01).The earlier the patients took acyclovir, the better the therapeutic effects were. It also reduced the sequelae of postheretic neuralgia remarkably (P<0.01).
