摘要
确定水资源可利用量是实现阿尔金山及羌塘高原区域生态环境维护与经济社会发展双赢的保障。首先、提出用倒算法计算研究区的水资源可利用量,明确涉及变量的概念及算法。其次、计算了研究区各分区的地表水资源量,湖泊、湿地需水量,河道需水量等变量,最终确定了各分区的地表水资源可利用量。再次、结合各分区水资源利用现状,进一步分析了各分区的水资源利用潜力。结果表明:东羌塘山间盆地区地表水资源开发利用潜力较小;柴达木盆地西缘区开发利用潜力较大;阿尔金山北麓区开发利用潜力不大。最后、建议在研究区建立相应的水文、气象、生态等监测站点,为研究区水资源的合理开发、利用与保护奠定基础。
The environment of the Altun mountains and the Qiangtang Plateau is very fragile, development of water resources in the region must be careful. Determining available water resources is the basis of sustainable development and utilization of water resources. First of all, inverted algorithm were used to calculate the and related variables'concept and algorithm were identified. Secondly, the water resources, ecological water demand, water demand for river were calculated to figure out the available water resources. Thirdly, Integrated water resource utilization status to further analysis of water resources potential in every district. The results showed that : the potential of water resources development and utilization in East Qiangtang Basin is small. Water resources development and utilization in west margin of the Qaidam Basin has great potential. Water resources development and utilization in the north of Altun Mountain has little potential. Last but not least, we recommended to establish hydrological, meteorological, and ecology monitoring site in study area to lay a foundation for utilization of water reources rationally, sustainablly.
