摘要
以平衡记分卡为基础,从财务、顾客、企业内部流程和学习与成长四个方面构建了TPL(第三方物流)的诚信评价体系,再利用层次分析法对TPL的诚信进行了有效的评价,从而进一步为几个TPL的诚信比较提供了方法。
Based on BSC （Blanaced Scoreboard Card）,this paper establishs a TPL＇s trust evaluation index system from the aspecets of financial,customer,internal business processes and learning and growth.Under this system,the paper applies AHP evaluating a singly TPL＇s trust.And supply a method for comparing several TPL companies＇trust.
